Hello, Rally Attendees! Just a few things to mention before some of you start traveling our way this weekend…
- Contacting Service: Our service team will be at Elkhart Campground next week and then at the fairgrounds the following week of the rally, so they will NOT be checking the factoryservice@alliancerv.com email. If you need immediate assistance concerning minor service repairs for rally, please email rally@alliancerv.com and we will try to connect your message with our team. If it can wait until the week of rally, please plan to visit our service desk in the Sheep/Swine building (signs will be posted) to talk with our team on Tuesday, May 26. The service desk will open at 7am.
Service Request Form: The minor service request form will close at the end of today (5/15). Our team is no longer able to accept new service requests involving parts. If you want to change a request or add a request because you didn’t initially have three to enter on your form, please be aware that it will, in part, be dependent on it being solely service related with no parts needed. To find out more, stop by the service desk in the Sheep/Swine Building at the fairgrounds. They will open on Tuesday morning at 7am.
- New to Rally? We will be sending out an informational email next week giving you all the details concerning the Owners Welcome, which will start at 4:00pm on Tuesday, May 26. Stay tuned!
Dog Park Location Change: The dog park has changed locations at the fairgrounds. Please use the THIS LINK to see where it will be this year.
- Buy/Sell/Trade Table: We will have a buy/sell/trade table in the Vendor Hall at rally. Instructions and labels will be in your Welcome Bag. Please plan to bring any items you would like to offer to other attendees. For larger items or items of high value, we recommend printing pictures to leave on the table.
Volunteer Opportunities: Looking for a way to help at rally? There will be volunteer opportunities available once you arrive at the fairgrounds. Sign-ups will be located in the Vendor Hall. Be sure to take the time to look through the list and add your name in an area that fits your interests.
- Arrival Dates on the Agenda: You might have noticed that Monday and Tuesday are labeled as “Arrival Days” on our agenda. This is because the rally doesn’t officially start until Wednesday. Most people will arrive at the fairgrounds on Sunday, May 24, but Monday and Tuesday are also designated as arrival days. Please plan to arrive based on the date in your confirmation email, which was sent when you made your site reservation. If your arrival date needs to change, please reply to this email to let us know. This will help our parking team plan for arrivals each day.
